Jamuna Pede Vala began with a simple belief: that the best mithai is made slowly, with honest ingredients and a steady hand. No shortcuts, no substitutes.
Our peda, rabdi, and doodh barfi are still made the way they always were — fresh milk reduced over a slow flame each morning, shaped by hand, and sold the same day.
