Mathura Peda

Our peda is what people travel across town for. We reduce fresh full-cream milk into khoya over a slow flame, the old way, until it turns golden and fragrant.

Each peda is shaped by hand and finished with a whisper of green cardamom and a saffron strand on top. Soft, rich, and never too sweet.

Made fresh every morning in small batches — what you taste in the evening was milk that very day.
